Customer Usage Report

 

This report can give detailed sales by Salesman, Customer, Sub Account, Promo ID and Item for a period specified.

 

From the Customer and Statements Menu,

 

Select 1. Reports,34. Customer Usage Report

 

Enter criteria according to the detail you required. Example if you are looking for sales of an item for a period but do not need detailed by Salesman , Customer or Sub Account, enter “N” on the Include column for each one.

MTD Date:     Range From/Thru – enter date range for MTD column

YTD Date:      Range From/Thru – enter date range for YTD column

 

COSTS(Y/N)? Do you wish to include cost?

OK(Y/N)? Ok to proceed? If no, you will be brought back to report menu.

 

 

The example below is for detailed sales for item AVE11116 by customer for the period of Sept 1, 2009 thru Sept 31, 2009
