First make sure you
have a Flyer, that’s Active, (Doesn’t have to be published (ie showing on the
site), just active), and that has the PDF generated (Update PDF File on Server
button). There is a button to download/look
at the pdf to make sure the flyer looks the way you want it to.
Once the flyer is ready, go to the campaigns, and make sure you select “CustomerAcknowledgementEmail”. You can put a message in the email saying there is an attachment. And then you pick the flyer from the available flyers. You will need to pick the customer web groups that you want the flyers to be attached to. This should have the flyer attached to any customer’s (that’s chose) Invoice acknowledgement email.
